Returns & Exchanges
All Mad Caddies merch is made to order, which means each item is printed specifically for the customer after the order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or change-of-mind purchases. Please double-check your size, color, shipping address, and order details before checking out.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, mislabeled, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

Once reviewed, we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Lost or Returned Packages
If a package is lost in transit or returned due to a shipping issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking details. We’ll review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment partner on the next steps.
Mad Caddies is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
